    Alex is responsible for leading the teaching ministry of LFBC, overseeing our ministries and administration and leadership teams, and developing our church vision and strategy.

    Kevin is responsible for spearheading LFBC's community outreach and NextGen ministries.

Elder Board

Elders are primarily shepherd-leaders. Their role focuses on the spiritual oversight of the church.  Our Elders from left to right are

Deacon Board

Deacons are primarily servant leaders who meet practical needs in ways that strengthen the church’s unity and free elders to focus on shepherding. Our Deacons are from left to right are Ron Seimer, Chis Olson, Alan Phillips, Guy Smith, Russ Hendrickson, and Pete Murdoch.
